Steves & Sons maintenance technicians are responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery equipment located throughout the plant, and ensures optimal functionality through preventive maintenance practices and corrective troubleshooting.

Maintenance Team Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production and facility equipment.
• Read and interpret schematic drawings.
• Install equipment and machinery.
• Run energy sources.
• Implementation of PM procedures.
• Utilize Computer Maintenance Management System Program
• Must be flexible and able to work long hours, sometimes at short notice.
• Must be able to work in a minimally climate-controlled environment (with substantial heat or cold) for up to 12 hours per day.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that consists of and is not limited to mobile equipment, various rotating machines, high traffic areas with some limited design spaces.
• Safely perform physical demands as indicated above.
• Perform these and other duties as assigned by the supervisor or other appropriate management personnel.

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday and every other Saturday from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Hourly salary based on experience + $3.00 night shift differential + $300 Biweekly attendance bonus
