What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide engineering support for industrial water and wastewater treatment planning, evaluation, and design projects
- Collaborate with mid-level and senior staff, gaining mentorship in the Industrial Water practice
- Conduct data compilation and analysis, and assist in the development of technical documents
- Perform calculations related to environmental, chemical, and mechanical engineering
- Conduct fieldwork for troubleshooting and piloting projects, managing permitting and approvals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. in Engineering (Civil, Environmental, Ecological, Mechanical, or Chemical) or related field
- Foundational knowledge of water and wastewater treatment principles
- 0 - 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- E.I.T. certification
- Good technical skills with the ability to articulate ideas visually and contextually
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Willingness to perform physically demanding field assignments
