      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, edit, negotiate, and execute a portfolio of sponsored project agreements funded by industry partners
      - Ensure consistency of contracts with established institutional guidance and escalate discrepancies as necessary
      - Assist in triaging agreements to appropriate team members
      - Provide reliable and timely customer service while continuously seeking to improve contract processes
      - Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive contract information and share it only with relevant parties

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree
      - Two years of experience in federal and/or industry contract review/coordination, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Ability to attain OHSU signature authority for specified contract types within six months of hire
      - Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand contract guidelines and regulatory requirements
      - Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism with faculty, staff, and external agencies

      - Experience in handling medical and scientific terminology, concepts, and methodology
      - Knowledge of budgeting principles and procedures
      - Ability to adapt to new or changed electronic systems and processes
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
