What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide training and coaching to infant/toddler center staff and family child care providers in accordance with established policies
- Collaborate with organizational staff to negotiate and implement PITC services
- Submit required documentation electronically, including progress reports and attendance logs
- Attend and participate in required professional development activities and meetings
- Meet monthly with the Regional Coordinator to discuss training plans and progress

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fully bilingual and biliterate in Mandarin or Cantonese
- Certification in the Program for Infant/Toddler Care: Modules I-IV
- Completed 24 units in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 3 years of experience providing training and technical assistance in early childhood settings
- BA or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Beginning Together (PITC Module V)
- Experience working with diverse communities
- Familiarity with electronic documentation and reporting systems
