What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide training and coaching to infant/toddler center staff and family child care providers
- Collaborate with administrative staff to negotiate and implement PITC services
- Submit required documentation such as timesheets, progress reports, and attendance logs electronically
- Attend and participate in required professional development activities and meetings
- Meet regularly with the PITC RSN Regional Coordinator to discuss training plans and progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fully bi-lingual and bi-literate in Mandarin or Cantonese
- Certification in the Program for Infant/Toddler Care: Modules I-IV
- Completed 24 units in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing training and technical assistance in relevant settings
- BA or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Beginning Together (PITC Module V)
- Experience working with diverse communities
- Experience supporting early care and education program staff with implementation strategies
