      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage sales territory to achieve sustainable business growth based on targets and quotas
      - Utilize data and analytics for informed business planning and maintain sales call data using Salesforce.com
      - Identify and address customer financial and clinical priorities and constraints
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders
      - Provide ongoing education, technical support, and troubleshoot product-related issues as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree AND minimum 2 years in a private, public, government, or military environment
      OR
      - High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 6 years in a private, public, government, or military environment
      - Current and valid driver's license
      - Proven experience in territory management and business planning
      - Demonstrated experience in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Operating room (or peri-op) sales experience with complex selling cycles
      - Strong understanding of clinical value drivers in the operating room and other care sites
      - Proven track record of quota and target attainment
      - Experience using CRM, preferably Salesforce
      - Industry affiliations (i.e., local AORN chapter, APIC)
