Summary: Assist the Director, Patient Safety in facilitating Infection Control/Prevention practices throughout the hospital. Assures compliance with regulatory standards in infection control, quality and patient safety.
Requirements: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois (BSN preferred). Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field. 3 years infection control experience required. Certified Infection Control Practitioner strongly preferred. Knowledge of Joint Commission and CMS/IDPH regulations. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Great customer service.
