      Job Description

      We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Flight Attendant Uniform Coordinator. In this role, you will ensure that our flight attendants present a polished and professional image by overseeing their uniforms' initial fittings, procurement, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

      Essential Functions:

      1. Order and Inventory Management:
        • Place uniform orders based on flight attendant requirements.
        • Maintain accurate inventory records, track uniform usage, and anticipate future needs.
      2. Distribution and Fitting:
        • Organize fitting sessions and help determine flight attendant uniforms' professional and comfortable appearance.
        • Coordinate the efficient distribution of uniforms to flight attendants, ensuring proper sizing and fit.
      3. Compliance and Safety:
        • Stay informed about aviation industry regulations and standards related to flight attendant uniforms.
        • Ensure that all uniforms comply with safety regulations and contribute to the well-being of flight attendants during their duties.
      4. Invoice Approvals and Payroll Deduction:
        • Ensure invoices are reconciled and paid on time
        • Submit reports of individual payroll deductions for uniforms purchased
      5. Communication
        • Effectively communicate uniform policies, guidelines, and updates to flight attendants.
      6. Problem Resolution:
        • Address and resolve any concerns or issues related to uniforms raised by flight attendants in a timely and professional manner.
        • Alert management to any irregularities and vendor improprieties; implement & and follow necessary guidance to resolve.

      Requirements

      • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
      • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently/independently
      • Extremely strong planning and organization skills with the ability to follow up on projects
      • Familiarity with aviation regulations and safety standards related to uniforms is a plus.
      • Ability to lift 40 lbs. to desktop height
