What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and vet top and emerging U.S. creators on platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Secure competitive rates and manage contracts to ensure brand compliance and legal requirements
- Develop and maintain a workback schedule to ensure timely content delivery
- Provide clear campaign briefs to influencers, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and creative direction
- Act as a liaison between influencers, internal teams, and clients to streamline feedback and approvals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media
- Strong understanding of U.S. influencer trends and best practices across key platforms
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with brand-owned social media strategies
- Knowledge of influencer platforms such as Lefty, CreatorIQ, and Klear is an asset
