What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a point of contact for users of supported business applications, resolving complex application issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications
- Conduct system testing, including creating test cases and executing test plans
- Provide end-user support and training, including developing user manuals and documentation
- Manage assigned projects, including planning, resource allocation, and budget management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Applications Analyst, or programmer role with a focus on administrative systems in finance, human resources, or supply chain
- Advanced skill in the configuration, maintenance, and support of Infor CloudSuite and Infor Workforce Management
- Advanced analytical, conceptual thinking, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Infor CloudSuite technology (ION), Process Designer, Configuration Console, and System Administration
- Infor Certification
- Experience with Infor reporting and Birst
- Experience with Infor Workforce Management (Time and Attendance and Multi-View Schedulers) or other WFM platforms like Kronos
