What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage communications by writing, editing, and providing research support for internal communications
- Maintain the UMMS intranet, including uploading edited or new material directly to the site
- Collaborate with the UMMS Informatics Training Team to ensure content accuracy and relevance
- Adhere to production deadlines for updates and communications
- Work on multiple tasks and projects concurrently while maintaining exceptional organizational skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience
- Proficiency in word processing and Microsoft Office programs
- Understanding of the internet and HTML; experience with web content management systems (CMS) preferred
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including strong editing abilities
