What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, collect, prepare, transform, and validate data for campaign performance reporting
- Establish business objectives and define KPIs and metrics, documenting them in standard Measurement Framework
- Create visualizations and maintain Power BI dashboards to effectively communicate performance to stakeholders
- Conduct data quality audits and assist in the development of formal processes for efficiency
- Continuously learn and improve processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience in data modeling, measurement planning, and data visualization
- Proficient in SQL and deep experience in Microsoft Excel, including DAX and complex formulas
- Experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with digital media platforms and analyzing media data
- Experience in the Healthcare vertical
- Experience using project management software
