      Job Responsibilities:

      - Understand and explain all employer products and services to members
      - Identify members' needs and cross-sell appropriate products
      - Provide quality service and accurately process routine transactions
      - Support employer's sales program by making appropriate referrals
      - Answer calls within specified service levels and direct calls when necessary

      Requirements:

      - High-speed internet (minimum 60 mbps) and a smartphone
      - Dedicated workspace for privacy during confidential conversations
      - Ability to work a rotating schedule, including Saturdays
      - Strong communication and customer service skills
      - Familiarity with employer's products and services

      Additional Information:

      - This position may require some travel
