What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the organization's information security and compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Conduct risk assessments and assist with SOX IT General Controls audit
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve compliance issues and manage vendor risks
- Assist in developing and delivering security awareness and training programs for employees
- Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends to enhance security measures

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and industry standards
- Experience conducting vendor risk assessments and developing risk management strategies
- Understanding of SOX Information Technology General Controls (ITGC) regulatory requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector
- At least one GRC or cybersecurity-related certification, including CompTIA Security+, CASP+, CRISC, CRMA, or CGRC
