What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage vulnerability management program using Rapid7 InsightVM and maintain security baselines
- Analyze output from various security tools to identify and mitigate security threats
- Conduct technical analysis to resolve security vulnerabilities, events, and incidents
- Create and tune alerts and configurations for security monitoring
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders on security remediation efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Professional security certification (e.g., GSEC, SSCP, CISSP, CompTIA CYSA+, CompTIA SecurityX)
- Minimum of three (3) years in an information technology systems and network role
- Minimum of three (3) years in information security or support of information security
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience in information technology systems may substitute for a Bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis
- Familiarity with compliance scanning tools and techniques
- Experience with security incident response and threat analysis
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to information security
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
