What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the senior escalation point for security alerts and incidents triaged by level I and II analysts
- Lead incident coordination for major incidents following the Information Security Incident Response Plan
- Investigate complex or high-severity security threats or incidents as a technical lead
- Develop SIEM alerts, reports, and dashboard content to improve detection coverage and SOC effectiveness
- Communicate with partners at all organizational levels during incident response and remediation activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years' experience in cybersecurity
- 4+ years working in a security operations center (SOC) or on a cybersecurity incident response team
- Bachelor's Degree in cyber or technology, or 9+ years in Cyber Security with 6+ years in an SOC in lieu of a degree
- 1+ year(s) experience in a mid to senior-level role in cybersecurity
- Professional Certification(s) such as ISC2 CISSP or ISACA CISM or CISA

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various security platforms
- Proficient in Search Processing Language (SPL) or Kusto Query Language (KQL) for log analysis
- Experience with Microsoft Graph SDKs for automating security operations
- Familiarity with implementing, writing, and maintaining scripts for security operations automation
