What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and analyze security events, providing in-depth investigation and initial triage of escalated incidents
- Escalate complex issues and support Tier 3 Analysts on advanced incidents requiring expert analysis
- Conduct SIEM tuning and basic content creation to improve threat detection and response
- Perform proactive threat-hunting activities under guidance from senior analysts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive security operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Three or more years of relevant work experience as a security analyst
- Three or more years of experience with SIEM software and managing use cases
- Proven experience with scripting, parsing, and query development for security solutions
- Experience with threat-hunting techniques and advanced threat research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Five or more years of experience in a SOC environment
- Industry-recognized security certifications such as CISSP, SANS, and/or GIAC
- ITIL certification
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to engaging with customers and internal teams
