What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and report security metrics using advanced Excel features such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros
- Utilize ITSM tools to manage security incidents, track changes, and ensure compliance with organizational policies
- Administer and optimize identity and access management tools, including SailPoint and Delinea, to ensure proper access controls
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including unauthorized access attempts and system vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security policies, procedures, and controls

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools in a security operations context
- Solid understanding of identity and access management, with expertise in SailPoint and Delinea
- Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical skills to assess security risks and recommend actionable solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or certifications in SailPoint/Delinea
- Experience with scripting or automation tools to enhance security operations
- Previous experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or similar cybersecurity environment
