What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, escalations, and open tickets as part of the continuous monitoring strategy
- Manage user administration and account management, including access definitions and removals based on job function
- Ensure configuration and validation of security controls such as encryption and password policies
- Document risks, controls, and technical documents to maintain consistent management of the program
- Research and brief management on emerging threats and support audit requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Security
- Relevant certifications such as Security+, PenTest+, CySa+, CISM, CISA, or CISSP are desirable
- Familiarity with NIST CSF, CIS Critical Security Controls, and other information security frameworks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading projects within an Information Security context
- Additional certifications beyond those listed as desirable
- Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Proven track record of personal accountability and follow-through skills
