What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the Security Awareness Program to educate and protect the campus community
- Support Identity & Access Management (IAM) by managing user access and troubleshooting authentication issues
- Maintain and support campus data centers to ensure critical systems run smoothly
- Respond to security incidents as part of the frontline defense against cyber threats
- Provide tech support, including provisioning access to systems and troubleshooting access-related issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated knowledge of computer operations, including Windows, MS Office, web browsers, VPNs, WiFi connectivity, and email systems
- Ability to think critically and resolve technical problems
- Understanding of Identity and Access Management principles and cybersecurity principles related to IT networks and systems
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new and emerging technologies in cybersecurity and access management
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities
