What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to the CIHA computer network user community regarding cybersecurity issues
- Conduct risk assessments of infrastructure and applications based on identified threats and vulnerabilities
- Assist in technical and forensic investigations in response to cybersecurity incidents
- Monitor and evaluate user compliance with assigned security awareness training
- Promote security awareness throughout the organization

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Post-secondary degree in system administration, network security, network administration, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in system support
- Experience working with concepts and technologies of Information Systems
- Must possess a valid North Carolina driver's license
- Should have Security+ Certification or be required to obtain certification within one year

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 or more years of direct experience with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
- Background in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- 2 years' experience as a Cyber Security Specialist or similar role
- Experience with penetration testing
- Hands-on experience analyzing high volumes of logs and network data
