What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define, develop, and implement technology controls and information security policies and programs
- Provide specialized expertise on risk assessment and security solutions to mitigate risks
- Participate in projects of moderate to high complexity, offering complex reporting and analysis
- Consult with partners on technology controls and information security programs and incidents
- Actively manage relationships with various teams to ensure alignment with enterprise and regulatory requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in information security or technology controls
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Expert knowledge of IT security and risk disciplines and practices
- Relevant information security certification/accreditation is an asset
- Advanced knowledge of technology controls and security issues

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience conducting risk assessments and defining required controls
- Proven ability to lead or contribute to risk and control design assessments
- Strong communication skills to influence risk management culture
- Familiarity with vulnerability assessments and remediation strategies
