      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Complete five half-semester modules focusing on collection management, information technology, public services, and special libraries & programs
      - Engage in direct interaction with library staff mentors during public service modules
      - Participate in project work and on-the-job learning through scheduled desk shifts and instruction sessions
      - Collaborate on digital projects related to gender, women’s studies, and LGBTQ+ scholarship
      - Conclude the internship with a capstone experience tailored to academic or career interests
