      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assess customer software needs and manage software licenses and renewals
      - Download, evaluate, test, and deploy licensed software to managed endpoints
      - Collaborate with account managers during the yearly software renewal process
      - Provide troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues related to Windows clients
      - Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises and maintain IT security standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or general equivalency
      - Demonstrated experience in end-user IT support
      - Ability to pass required background checks as a condition of employment
      - Knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10) and Office 365
      - Experience with service desk ticketing systems and desktop and laptop hardware

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in software licensing and renewals
      - Familiarity with remote support tools and troubleshooting techniques
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills
      - Background in IT security practices
