      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and manage a document management system and provide support for Microsoft 365 services
      - Support the installation, configuration, security, operation, and maintenance of Windows Server environments
      - Handle technical issues and inquiries, ensuring effective problem resolution
      - Manage file storage permissions and respond to help desk escalations
      - Perform a full range of system administration functions to ensure maximum efficiency within computing infrastructure services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of related post-secondary education, technical certifications, or technology-related work experience
      - Experience with Microsoft 365 in a corporate environment and Windows Server Administration
      - Familiarity with Active Directory and VMware
      - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and using a ticket management system
      - Knowledge of SQL Server and data security/backup procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting, administering, and troubleshooting OneDrive and Docuware
      - Ability to develop and coordinate training programs for users
      - Knowledge of DNS/DHCP and Infoblox
      - Familiarity with PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with diverse audiences
