      IS (Information Systems) Analyst, Tech Services

      Lead IS Engineer, Plant Systems

      COMPENSATION BASE RATE

      Level 1 to Level 3 Technician ($23.45 - $29.69)

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Provide Tier I & Tier II support for Microsoft O365, desktop operating systems and software to end-users
      • Support and perform troubleshooting on hardware including desktops, laptops, and thin clients
      • Deploy and maintain local and network printers
      • Install and configure various software applications
      • Support the needs of the enterprise users both onsite and remotely
      • Provide after-hours support as needed
      • Document (create/update) Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
      • Support and maintain security and process cameras across the plant
      • Understand and support the phone system
      • Support plant badging system
      • Support the plant AV systems
      • Own and support the plants radios and headsets
      • Support misc plant systems including but not limited to; WMS, Proficy, Time Clocks

      SELECTION CRITERIA

      EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

      • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
      • Strong customer service mentality is required
      • Previous experience IT support is preferred
      • Familiarity with Windows computers and Microsoft Office Suite applications

      OTHER

      • Willing to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed. Typical hours will be day shift M-F 8am – 4:30pm.
      • Able to read, understand, and follow documents such as safety policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and general instructions
      • Able to understand and carry out both oral and written instructions

      • The employee must be able to lift + 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
      • Employee is required to have a minimum of 20/40 vision in each eye with or without corrective lenses. The applicant must pass a standard eye exam.

      • Environment temperature varies between hot and cold conditions.

      • Being near, and crossing platforms/ladders over or under machinery .

      This role is a rotational offline support role. The candidate should anticipate being in this role for approximately 3 – 5 years before rotating to an online technician role. When transferring out of an Operational Support Role, the employee will transfer back to their original department, or where the business need is highest.

      SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS (INTERNAL) MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE:

      • Current job attendance and performance at a satisfactory level (no corrective actions in last 6 months.)
      • Applicants must currently be at a minimum of Level 1 Technician and a maximum Level 3 Technician.
      • Must have a minimum of 1 year in the core (make/pack/ship) since last Operational Support role.
      • Must apply through Workday and submit a current updated and relevant resume with your application. Your manager will be contacted to discuss relevant experience, skills, and performance. You must notify your manager regarding your application.
      • Transfer dates will be determined on an individual basis based on factors such as the urgency to fill the position, status of the employee’s present position, and difficulty in filling the employee’s present skills.
      • Roles will be posted for a 7-day period on the Company Bulletin Board and an All Plant email notification of a new posting.
      • Employees will be given a 3-day time period to accept the role.
      • Internal Announcements will be posted by Site HR.
