What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of information systems across social service programs
- Collaborate with OBH program staff and technology partners to analyze business workflows and requirements
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage defects in partnership with technology teams
- Develop and review technology contracts to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
- Mentor OBH project resources and support special projects across technology and operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A combination of eight (8) years of education and/or professional experience in social services or program management
- Experience in the early care and education system and/or children's mental health system
- Proven ability to gather, assemble, and analyze data for feedback on information systems
- Strong understanding of compliance with state and federal laws, policies, and reporting requirements
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

- Experience in managing technology initiatives and user training on new systems
- Familiarity with behavioral health systems and practices
- Background in mentoring or leading project teams
- Knowledge of change management processes
- Experience in working with diverse communities and understanding their needs
