What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide design, execution, deployment, and application support for Stratajazz to ensure day-to-day operational activities run smoothly
- Manage integrations between different systems and ensure their seamless functioning
- Oversee operational services provided by third-party vendors, including monitoring metrics and SLAs
- Act as a liaison among stakeholders to deliver effective application support
- Continually refine operational procedures to improve consistency and reduce errors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum of twelve years of related experience, with healthcare technology experience preferred
- At least 5 years of experience with Stratajazz
- Ten years of experience in Forecasting, Planning, and Cost Accounting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
