What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in daily operations within the Information Technology Division
- Learn about the contributions of various IT departments to the overall organization
- Participate in business meetings and projects to gain corporate business sense
- Apply problem-solving techniques and frameworks in real-world scenarios
- Develop skills in data and process mapping, analysis, and project management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Transitioning service member fellows must be within 180 days of transition from military service at the time of the program
- Currently participating in the DoD Skillbridge program through the Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in military or Information Technology-related fields
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing and leading direct reports

- Experience working in a logistics or supply chain environment
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and lean processes
- Strong interpersonal skills within a diverse team setting
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
