      INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY INTERN

      Job Overview: Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in the Information Technology department for Fall 2024. The paid internship program will be completed over a 16-week period beginning August through December 2024, scheduled to work between 20 and 40 hours per week.

      The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

      • Assisting with daily operational tasks
      • Assisting with end-user support
      • Assisting with vulnerability management and vendor oversight
      • Working to maintain the Bank’s IT Infrastructure
      • Assisting with imaging PCs, completing PC moves and branch remodel setups
      • Assisting desktop technicians and the Help Desk complete daily work order assignments and tasks at any of our locations

      Requirements for the position include:

      • A high school diploma (or equivalent)
      • A general understanding of PC setup and configuration, general knowledge of network printers, cell phones and other related peripheral equipment
      • Strong customer service skills
      • Excellent problem-solving skills
      • Organizational and time management skills
      • Strong attention to detail
      • Basic computer skills and ten key
