What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and practices
- Proficient in IT project management methodologies

- Relevant certifications in information technology or project management
- Familiarity with SQL databases and Microsoft Word applications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
