What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control IT projects from start to finish
- Develop detailed project plans and assessments for monitoring project progress
- Manage the scope, schedule, and cost of assigned projects, providing regular updates to management
- Conduct technical analyses of complex IT system problems and devise solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert in project management and provide consultation to senior management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive experience managing large IT projects/programs in a federal government environment, specifically over $20 million
- Must maintain a Federal Acquisition Certification for Contract Officer Representatives (FAC-COR) Level III
- Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers (FAC-P/PM) Senior Level certification
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMI and FAI
- Experience with IT solutions delivery in a healthcare environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Federal Information Technology Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) framework
- Experience using project management software to track progress and manage resources
- Knowledge of federal acquisition policies and procedures
- Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on IT solutions
- Understanding of IT security standards and compliance requirements
