      Defense Human Resources Agency's mission is to provide program support, information management, and administrative services to the DoD Components on human resource matters and to collect, archive and provide management information, research and analysis of human resources and other related functional area databases for the DoD.

      Qualifications


      You may qualify at the GS 14 , if you fulfill the following qualifications:

      A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service as listed below:
      • Applying advanced IT principles, concepts, methods, standards, and practices to new IT developments and applications as well as emerging technologies and their applications to business processes.
      • Leading and conducting strategic requirements and analysis, future technologies planning and development, and execution of a strategic program plan for long and short-range information technology requirements.
      • Interpreting and applying Enterprise Architecture principles, concepts, methods, and practices to develop and interpret policies, procedures, and strategies governing the planning and delivery of IT services.
      • Providing technical advice, guidance, and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) and Business Systems Architecture (BSA) issues.
      Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
