What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, execute, and monitor mission-critical production batch processes using data migration software
- Develop technical documentation for data guidance processes, ensuring compliance with departmental policies
- Act as the lead analyst and subject matter expert for high-priority projects
- Provide guidance on production data management to unit staff
- Design and implement training programs for all unit staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available for scheduled work shifts, including off-hours for production projects
- Minimum educational requirement: Information Technology Specialist I classification
- Ability to work on-call support 24/7
- Experience with data management and project management in a technical environment
- Background investigation and medical clearance required before hire

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficient in IBM z/OS Mainframe environment, TSO/ISPF skills, z/OS JCL, ESP, REXX, Clist, and VSAM
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
