      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Focus on Office 365 administration, Intune, Entra, and Azure
      - Provide remote support and troubleshooting for a multi-site healthcare facility
      - Collaborate with the IT team to advance the organization's technology platforms
      - Administer and support Office 365, including Teams and SharePoint
      - Provide Tier II/III support to users and manage IT projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of IT experience; healthcare experience is a plus
      - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a similar field preferred
      - Certifications such as Network+, CCNA, A+, MCSE are highly desirable
      - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
      - Experience with multi-site IT environments

      - Previous experience working in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with IT project management methodologies
      - Knowledge of additional cloud services and technologies
      - Excellent communication and teamwork skills
