What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the technical lead for AWS and web servers within the Department's Technical Services Support Group
- Provide support, installation, administration, server upgrades, and monitoring of hardware and software
- Offer technical leadership and guidance to members of the Technical Services Support Unit
- Deliver third-tier support for complex technical problems, including analysis and resolution for DMV's 24x7 Web Services Infrastructure
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective operation of technical services

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must successfully pass a fingerprint/criminal record clearance prior to hire
- Authorization to work in the United States is required
- Must have the ability to work independently and as a team member
- Experience in delivering superior customer service
- Flexibility to accommodate changing priorities and assignments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in middleware support and cloud technologies
- Background in supporting mission-critical applications
- Familiarity with the DMV's services and operational structures
