What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively manage assigned accounts to maximize accurate and timely payment
- Conduct routine collection calls on outstanding claims and document detailed notes in company software
- Identify and resolve billing errors, short payments, and unpaid claims
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of strong collections experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
- Excellent math, writing, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Home Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy
- Experience with CPR+ systems
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and multitask
