What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and resolve medical accounts receivable through proactive collection actions
- Conduct routine collection calls and communicate effectively with patients and insurance carriers
- Research and document detailed notes on accounts, identifying billing errors and cash application issues
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies
- Analyze accounts as necessary and prepare detailed appeals with supporting documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of strong collections experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of HCPC coding and medical terminology
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in Home Infusion and Specialty Pharmacy
- Familiarity with CPR+ systems
- Strong math and writing skills
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and multitask effectively
