What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify insurance benefits for specialty medications and services, documenting coverage details
- Calculate estimated patient financial responsibility based on benefit verification and payer contracts
- Initiate and secure prior authorization and medical review, obtaining necessary clinical documents
- Communicate updates on referrals and coverage status to patients and internal teams
- Assist patients in enrolling in financial assistance programs when needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Home infusion experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of home infusion pharmacy and/or medical intake/reimbursement experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
- Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel and Word

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of CPR+ preferred
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and experience in a fast-paced environment
