      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Verify insurance benefits for specialty medications and services, documenting coverage details
      - Initiate and secure prior authorizations and pre-determinations, including clinical document review
      - Communicate updates on pending referrals and ensure timely referral processing
      - Calculate estimated patient financial responsibilities based on benefit verification
      - Assist patients with enrollment in financial assistance programs if necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Required home infusion experience with acute therapies
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in home infusion pharmacy and/or medical intake/reimbursement
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
      - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of CPR+ software
      - Experience with referrals, benefit verifications, and authorizations
