What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify insurance benefits for specialty medications and services, documenting coverage details
- Calculate estimated patient financial responsibility based on benefit verification and payer contracts
- Initiate and secure prior authorization, including reviewing and obtaining necessary clinical documents
- Communicate updates on pending referrals to patients and referral sources
- Assist patients expressing financial necessity with enrollment in copay assistance programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Home infusion experience required
- At least 2 years of experience in home infusion pharmacy and/or medical intake/reimbursement preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with CPR+ software
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and productivity focus
