What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify insurance benefits for specialty medications and services, documenting coverage details
- Calculate estimated patient financial responsibility based on benefit verification and payer contracts
- Initiate and secure prior authorizations and clinical document submissions
- Communicate updates regarding referrals and coverage status to patients and other stakeholders
- Assist patients in enrolling in financial assistance programs as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Home infusion experience is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home infusion pharmacy and/or medical intake/reimbursement preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity expectations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of CPR+ software is preferred
