      Responsibilities:

      • Bridge Builder: As the connection between business and IT organizations, you design complex SAP solutions with a focus on customer service and repair processes.

      • Contact Person: You provide support in all matters related to customer service and repairs.

      • Requirements Manager: You record technical requirements, create IT solution concepts and ensure the quality of our IT designs.

      • Implementer: You implement solutions in the areas of SAP Customer Service (CS) and SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).

      • Transformer: You introduce the new S/4HANA service solution and the S/4 in-house repair process.

      • Integrator: You coordinate with related modules and process areas.

      • Project Manager: From the IT perspective, you manage SAP customer service and repair projects; therefore you also manage external and internal consultants, such as our Center of Excellence in India.

      Qualifications:

      • Qualifications: Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable.

      • SAP CS: Profound knowledge in the implementation, operation and support of SAP CS (Customer Service).

      • Projects: Experience in working on and managing IT projects for the in-house processes of repairs.

      • Processes: A good understanding of in-house repair processes.

      • Desirable: Knowledge of SAP SD and software development is a plus.

      • Way of working: Communication skills, a structured, conceptual and independent way of working as well as a high ability to work in a team.

      • Language: Good German skills (approx. level B2) and very good English skills (approx. from level C1) for international cooperation.
