      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee inmate workers in performing facility maintenance and custodial tasks
      - Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards
      - Supervise and manage a team of inmate workers during assigned shifts
      - Maintain compliance with safety and operational protocols
      - Report on the performance and progress of inmate workers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduation from a standard senior high school or completion of the GED test
      - Minimum of three years of custodial experience, preferably in a correctional facility
      - At least one year of supervisory experience
      - Ability to meet established medical and physical standards for the class of work
      - Must complete a medical examination by a designated physician

      - Experience working in correctional facilities
      - Strong leadership and team management skills
      - Knowledge of facility maintenance protocols and safety regulations
      - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups
      - Previous experience in rehabilitation or training programs for inmates
