What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Successfully complete an online "Best Practices of Online Teaching" professional development course
- Publish and evaluate at least 90% of the course content for Innevato EDU
- Communicate regularly with students using various methods (LMS, telephone, email, etc.)
- Monitor student activity and provide intervention for those inactive for more than one week
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide constructive feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possession of a baccalaureate or higher degree in a specific content area
- Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License
- Completion of a required criminal background check
- Compliance with USCIS I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
- Knowledge of Ohio's Learning Standards and IDEA Requirements
