What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform initial and concurrent review of inpatient cases using evidenced-based criteria
- Collaborate with facility healthcare professionals and Medical Directors on utilization management
- Facilitate timely and appropriate care, discharge planning, and effective care progression
- Participate in team meetings, education, and compliance activities
- Identify opportunities for improved communication and processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence
- Ability to work in CST Time Zone
- 3+ years of acute care clinical nursing experience
- 1+ years of utilization review experience using evidence-based guidelines
- Proficiency in computer skills and clinical platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree/ BSN
- Compact license
- Managed Care experience
- Experience performing discharge planning
