- Acquire new customers by activating your prospection plan & treat incoming leads
- Manage existing accounts by assisting with commercial issues
- Establish your monthly sales forecast, analysis and communicate the results. Take appropriate actions to hit the Business KPI’s
- Analyze and know the market, future trends and developments by a hands-on approach and a strong network of important market actors, trendsetters and decision makers
- Bring the right value speech and offer all support needed to convince prospects to sign up for Nespresso
- Grab a coffee, be yourself, and play your part within the Nespresso B2B accounts team!
- Master degree in commercial, sales, marketing, economics Ideally 1 - 3 years of (account) sales experience with proven track in previous sales roles
- Other business experiences are an asset (Marketing, Business Development)
- Fluent in Dutch and French with a good command of English.
- Persistent and convincing skills
- Good Stakeholder & (customer) Project management skills
- Fluent communication and presentation skills
- Rigorous, disciplined, and structured
- Challenge the “Status Quo” & work across the boundaries
- Affinity with premium brands is a plus
- Strong network within relevant industries is a plus

Position Summary
The Inside Account Manager is responsible for the commercial development of Nespresso Professional (B2B) customers. He/she is in charge of acquiring new accounts and developing existing accounts for the ‘Office’, ‘Horeca’ & On The Go Channel. There will be a strong focus on portfolio growth, so the ideal candidate must have a strong natural curiosity to develop new business, both in existing a new strategic channels. A strong relevant network in the B2B FMCG sector is therefore a plus. The job is located at the Nespresso head office in Anderlecht, with a flexible policy on home working.
