What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare weekly action plans and schedules to identify specific sales targets
- Make a minimum of 50 unique calls per day to potential clients and follow up on leads
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients via phone
- Develop and maintain sales materials and prepare proposals and sales contracts
- Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing selling multiple products
- Experience working from a database with multiple customers and prospects
- Strong experience with SugarCRM and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to fluently speak, read, and write English
