      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prospect and secure new consignment opportunities within assigned territory
      - Follow up and close leads generated by the marketing team
      - Build and leverage relationships with consignors to gain referrals
      - Conduct daily outreach via phone and text, averaging 50-100 contacts per day
      - Provide exceptional customer service and manage contracts with consignors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2 years of proven success in a quota-carrying, direct sales environment
      - Proficiency in using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, and CRM systems
      - Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week) and work remotely from specified states
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
      - Self-motivated with a solutions-focused mentality and adaptability to change

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in selling luxury goods or services
      - Knowledge of fashion trends and developments in the luxury market
