      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively prospect and build relationships with new clients, converting leads into valuable partnerships
      - Sell a range of payment solutions and navigate complex hardware and software needs
      - Build pipeline, convert leads, and consistently exceed daily and weekly sales targets
      - Collaborate with various bank units to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize client profitability
      - Teach and coach branch staff to drive merchant education and sales growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - Minimum of 2 years of proven sales/inside sales experience in financial services
      - Ability to close deals and achieve ambitious targets
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
      - Proficiency in using software programs including Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of merchant services sales experience, including in a call center environment
      - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
      - Previous sales expertise in the small business space with annual sales from $0-$3 million
      - Expertise in virtual sales in a call center environment
      - Fluency in an additional language
